Meet our activity co-ordinator
Jan is our activity co-ordinator, who organises plenty of activities
for our residents to enjoy. These include activities
designed to encourage residents to keep mobile, and most importantly
take an interest in life. Residents
can participate or decline the invitation to participate
in any organised activities according to personal choice.
Residents
are given a list of the activities planned within the home at the
beginning of every month. The
notice is also displayed in the entrance to the home.
Outings
All outings are planned and tailored to resident’s
needs and capabilities, for this reason a limited
number of resident’s
can go on any one outing.
We regularly enjoy outings to:
- Local Pubs.
- Garden Centres.
- The theatre.
- Chester Zoo.
- Countryside walks.
- Individual walks - not part of a group
- if this is their wish.
